In Ukraine, the state energy efficiency program is underway, and within the framework of which Ukrainians can apply for a “warm” loan and receive compensation, domik.ua writes. From 20 to 70% of the loan body is returned to consumers from the state budget. The State Agency for Energy Efficiency has calculated how much money Ukrainians have attracted for energy efficiency measures. As of August 1, most funds were attracted in Lviv region (UAH 234.25 million). Also in the top three are loans for insulation of Sumy (UAH 212.2 million), as well as Kyiv and Kyiv region (UAH 200.16 million). It should be noted that the indicator by region is UAH 99.2 million. It will be recalled that currently there are 180 local programs to support the population and condominiums in Ukraine to implement energy efficiency measures. With the support of local authorities, program participants have the opportunity to replace old windows with new ones with energy-saving glass, install water and heat meters, heating radiators, multi-zone electricity meters, insulate walls, basements, attics, etc.
